1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Pounce application (package com.pounce.social) or our website (pounce.social), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Verification

Pounce is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. You represent and warrant that all professional credentials, LinkedIn profiles, and company affiliations you submit during verification are accurate, current, and truthful. Impersonating any individual or business entity is strictly prohibited.

3. User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct

Users may post startup pitches, comments, updates, and messages. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Tisha Consultancy a non-exclusive license to display it within the Pounce ecosystem. You expressly agree not to post:

• Misleading financial claims, fraudulent investment solicitations, or deceptive pitch metrics.
• Defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• Content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Spam, automated bot messages, or unsolicited commercial mass promotions.

4. Community Moderation & Reporting

Pounce maintains an active moderation infrastructure. Every post and profile features one-tap "Report" and "Block" buttons. Content that violates our community standards will be removed promptly, and repeat offenders face permanent account termination without prior notice.

5. Financial & Investment Disclaimer

Pounce is a social discovery and networking platform, not a registered broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser. Nothing posted on Pounce constitutes an offer to buy or sell securities, nor an endorsement of any startup or investment syndicate. Users must conduct their own independent legal, financial, and regulatory due diligence before entering into any transaction or agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tisha Consultancy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or investment decisions.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Pounce following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
