1. Zero-Tolerance Statement on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Tisha Consultancy maintains an absolute, uncompromising zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Pounce is strictly an adult, professional enterprise and investment networking platform. Any attempt to use Pounce to upload, transmit, solicit, store, or promote child sexual abuse material or any form of child exploitation is strictly prohibited.

2. Age Requirement & Restrictions

Pounce is exclusively designed and operated for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not target, knowingly collect data from, or permit accounts created by minors under the age of 18. Any account discovered to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately upon discovery.

3. Enforcement & Mandatory Law Enforcement Reporting

In the event that any CSAE or CSAM content or solicitation is identified on Pounce, we take immediate and definitive action:

Instant Permanent Ban: The offending user account, IP address, and associated credentials are permanently terminated immediately.
Evidence Preservation: Relevant server records, digital identifiers, and message hashes are preserved in compliance with legal procedures.
Mandatory Reporting: All incident data will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline, as well as relevant state, national, and international law enforcement agencies.

4. In-App Reporting & Moderation Tools

Pounce equips every user with real-time in-app reporting tools:

Report Post: Tap the three-dot menu on any post in the community feed and select "Report Post" to flag content for immediate human review.
Block User: Tap "Block User" to immediately sever communication and hide all content from the flagged user.
